We focus on residential 1–4 unit properties that need meaningful work — structural, mechanical, or cosmetic — and bring them back to market-ready condition.
We work with a trusted network of licensed contractors, architects, and MEP engineers across the five boroughs. Our projects move fast, and we pay our vendors and subs promptly.
We are always looking for off-market deals, agent relationships, and qualified subcontractors to expand our pipeline.
